Payment, delivery, support, and refunds

Gumroad processes payment, sends the receipt, and provides immediate digital access to the corresponding file or link. There is no physical shipment or shipping charge. For payment, receipt, or download problems, use the options provided by Gumroad.

Because RADAR and EDGE SYSTEM are digital products with immediate access, returns are not accepted once access has been delivered. This does not limit mandatory rights or Gumroad's handling of fraudulent or duplicate charges.
